Job Description: As the Fast-Track General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant. This includes managing daily operations, ensuring financial success, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for hiring and training employees, creating schedules, and monitoring inventory levels. Additionally, you will work closely with the corporate team to implement company standards and procedures. Your duties will also include maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment, handling guest complaints or concerns, and continuously improving sales performance through strategic marketing initiatives. With your leadership skills, attention to detail, and strong understanding of restaurant management. Overall, your main goal will be to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.

 Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of high-volume General Manager experience in a corporate concept is required for the Fast-Track General Manager
  • The Fast-Track General Manager must have strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively 
  • A proven track record of financial success in previous management roles is required for the Fast-Track General Manager
  • The Fast-Track General Manager must have flexibility to relocate as needed 
  • Willingness to work late nights and some weekends as necessary for the business's success is required for the Fast-Track General Manager
