Payroll Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of computerized payroll experience and must have a least a 2 Year associate's degree in business or related field.
Experience with payroll management systems and a strong understanding of financial concepts. If you are skilled in data entry, analysis, and possess knowledge of ADP, Kronos, or UltiPro, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Handle accounts payable related to payroll.
- Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments for seamless payroll operations.
- Payroll experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements.
- Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
- 941's Reporting, W-2 Processing, Payroll Account Reconciliations.
- Minimum of 4 years computerized payroll experience including comprehensive knowledge of federal state regulatory requirements.
- Associate's degree.
- General accounting and software application knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and organizational skills. Computer literacy
