Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The Automotive Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their technical skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
Duties:
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair and replace automotive electrical systems, ensuring all components function correctly.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs on various vehicle systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical problems effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Certification from an accredited automotive program is desirable but not required.
