One of our clients, a high-complexity toxicology lab, is looking for a Lab Technician to join their team. The position is full-time.

Job Description:The Lab Technician will play a crucial role in our client's laboratory team, working directly in the wet lab to manage and maintain biological samples. This position requires a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to mentor junior colleagues while learning from senior ones. The successful candidate will gain specific experience with LC-MS and Chemistry Analyzers and participate in the automation of report formatting and workflow.
Responsibilities & duties:
  • Accession, prepare, and maintain biological samples
  • Follow standard operating procedures for sample preparation and instrumentation maintenance
  • Perform data entry and verification
  • Participate in automating report formatting and workflow using Google, Office, and Laboratory Information Systems
  • Gain experience with Sciex Instrumentation and Indiko Plus Analyzer
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Handle oral and urine samples as well as mild chemicals
  • Perform basic mathematical and statistical calculations
  • Adhere to clinical laboratory requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory, chemical, physical, or biological science
  • Reliable transportation
