Who We're Looking For:We are looking for an RF Technician III for our Henderson, NV location who will fulfill the responsibilities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to climb and work on communications towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems equipment.
  • Assist project Supervisor with site planning, daily activities and closeout documentation.
  • Understand construction drawings, RF plumbing diagram and project documents.
  • Ability to identify the tools and materials to properly perform the scope of work within spec.
  • Knowledge of the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction materials and working near energized lines and equipment.
  • Maintain 100% Tie-Off for all crewmembers.
  • Troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues.
  • Maintain professional attitude when working with Supervisor, CMs, and PMs.
  • Overnight Travel as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Must have 3+ Years of experience climbing and working on Towers.
  • Must be a well-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, RF Awareness, and Climb/Rescue certified.
  • Capable of Line Sweep, PIM, and Fiber testing - certs a plus.
  • Able to climb towers, squat, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
  • Current valid Driver’s License Mandatory - CDL is a Plus.
  • Ability to be covered by company auto Insurance.
  • Knowledge of carrier technologies.
  • Must be minimum 21 years of age.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug (marijuana included)/background screen.
  • Local to market or willing to relocate.
