Job Responsibilities: 
  • Assist the HVAC Lead Install Technician with installation, add-ons, and replacements of HVAC systems in residential homes
  • Provide top-notch customer experience to our customers 

Job Requirements: 
  • Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
  • EPA Certification is desired if you do not have it yet, we will help you get it 
  • Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
  • HVAC installation experience, preferably in the residential market, is desired but not required
  • We have bilingual Spanish/English Team Leads- Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

This is a physically demanding job that requires the HVAC Install Helper to perform work in environments that will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, etc., and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
