We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions, responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated native/foreign employee records, providing necessary administrative services to ensure all employees' visa is valid to work and stay in US upon company request. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of related labor legislation. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Processing payroll operations using ADP
  • Handling employee on-board, promotion, termination, and labor relations
  • Interviewing, screening and recruiting job applicants
  • Processing regular procedures regarding benefits, medical insurance, and 401K
  • Handling requests for employee work visas (H1B, OPT, Green Card)
  • Assess and refine current Employee Handbook, HR respective policies and practices to align with best practices and address existing laws and regulation
  • Managing travel arrangements and maintaining travel policies for employees
  • Responsible for office management roles including general administration.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of success in Human Resource Management  
  • Demonstrated knowledge of US foreign labor law and regulation
  • Proven hands-on experience and ability to handle employee payroll, benefits, and work visas in US
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Self-disciplinary, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in the related field.
  • EMS/OEM/ODM experience in Human Resource Management
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
