Redlands, United States DK Global Full time $26 - $35
WHO WE ARE:

DK Global is the country’s premier litigation visuals firm. We create 3D animated visual presentations for attorneys to use in demand packages, mediations, and trials. Through the creative process, we are the silent partner in putting broken lives and shattered dreams back together — one frame at a time.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:DK Global is seeking an experienced candidate who will work primarily in the Marketing department. The Graphic Designer & Video Media Editor/Videographer will utilize expertise in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition to edit, composite, and add motion graphics to visual media for promotional use and to externally communicate DK Global’s services, achievements, and promote upcoming events. Content will primarily be provided by studio animators, illustrators, and compositors and will take the form of storyboards, 2D and 3D animations, and illustrations. The Graphic Designer & Video Media Editor/Videographer will review and edit raw film or video footage to clean up and help create a final video render, add sound effects, graphic and special effects, and improve the quality of video for the final product — digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file: improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and any faulty footage and sound. The Graphic Designer & Video Media Editor/Videographer will also film videos for projects and case features, including filming on location when necessary, and will subsequently review and edit the footage to create a final video render.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creating polished videos using Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Audition.
  • Film, edit and composite videos for case features and projects, as assigned.
  • Ensuring marketing visual media aligns with company standards.
  • Create clear, concise, and compelling content.
  • Work with a variety of teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Trouble-shoot with assets, file conversions, and any marketing-related concerns within a specific project.
  • Work within the company ERP (Harvester) for optimal team communication and content tracking.
  • Balance and anticipate all workflow challenges according to project deadlines, needs, and development.
  • Collaborates, provides feedback, suggestions and insight into team projects and other team members’ work. Participates in collaboration sessions and meetings to advance the working projects toward desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with and support the Chief Marketing Officer and other Marketing team members on all aspects of project development.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS or equivalent in related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Understanding of 3D composition, render sequencing, and incorporating 3D file types into video production.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, with great attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and storytelling skills, both written and oral.
  • Problem solver who offers solutions and has a positive attitude.
  • Adaptability and ability to work independently, under pressure, and within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and processes.
  • Experience with script writing is a plus.
  EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
  • Six annual paid holidays.
  • Employee matching simple IRA program.
  • Starting at one-week paid vacation.
  • Company co-sponsored medical, dental and vision insurance.

Travel: Negligible (Clean DMV). Job Type: Full-time (not a remote position). Schedule: 40 hours per week. Compensation Range: $26-35/hr. This position will be paid on an hourly basis and overtime will be compensated for accordingly. DK Global, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
