Social Worker Clinician

Location: La Salle, ILStaff Hours: 7:30 am to 3 pm, Mon-Fri, following a school calendarContinuous, direct-hire employment (paid time off during breaks)Salary with Benefit Options
- Must have only one (1) of the following license/certifications:
- MSW with LSW in Illinois
- MSW with LCSW in Illinois
- IL PEL Certified School Social Worker
- IL PEL Certified School Counselor
- IL LCPC
- IL LPC
- Employ data-based decision-making regarding multidisciplinary collaboration, functional behavior assessments and behavioral approaches
- Build leadership to effectively help students succeed
- Develop positive behavioral and academic interventions
- Monitor and report student progress and complete evaluations, program evaluations, and consult with educational staff, parents, and other professionals
- Some local travel to other Menta locations may be necessary at times
Qualifications:
- Only ONE of the following Licenses/Certifications: Certified School Social Worker (IL PEL Certificate), Certified School Counselor (IL PEL Certificate) MSW with LSW, LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LCP
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong consultative and data analysis abilities
- Creative thinker who can develop a wide range of interventions meeting the needs of a diverse student population
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
