Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a New Site Build Civil Technician II for our Henderson, NV location who will be tasked with learning all aspects of the new site build and who will fulfill the responsibilities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Some knowledge of how to wire up customer equipment, inside or outside of a shelter.
  • Some knowledge of what tools and materials to properly perform the scope of work within spec.
  • Able to learn and acknowledge the hazards associated with wiring equipment to a power plant and using power tools
  • Able to learn and become knowledgeable of site safety and awareness.
  • Follow method of procedure accurately and complete assigned tasks.
  • Can learn how to troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues.
  • Maintain professional attitude when working with other employees or around clients.
  • Overnight Travel as needed.
  • Able to work in Adverse weather conditions (Heat, Snow, Rain, Wind).

Qualifications:
  • Some telecom or civil type experience required including some knowledge of specs and understanding of construction drawings, exposure to tower and ground work as well as hand and heavy equipment.
  • Must be a well-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to climb a ladder, squat, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
  • Current valid Driver’s License or CDL is a plus.
  • Must be minimum 18 years of age.
  • Good Listener and Ability to Learn.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug (marijuana included)/background screen.
  • Local to market.
