What Chefs Want is looking to hire a Night Selector.

Job Description:The Night Shift Warehouse Team Member is responsible for enabling warehouse operations through slotting, rotating, and picking activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Select products accurately and properly verify all products.
  • Report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
  • Responsible for loss, damage, and inventory control.
  • Must be able to select products quickly, but with minimal damage.
  • Must be able to interact courteously and tactfully with managers and co-workers.
  • Must work in a safe and effective manner.
  • Timely & regular attendance is required.
  • Take accurate temperature readings and check for damaged products.
  • Report any equipment problems to the supervisor.
  • Safely operate equipment and maintain the cleanliness of coolers and dock.
  • Responsibilities also include the ability and willingness to perform all warehouse activities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to accurately select products and stack them neatly and correctly arrows up, and labels out.
  • Knowledge to operate a pallet jack & forklift in a safe manner.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, identify and verify numbers, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Must be able to withstand repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, and walking.
  • Must be able to meet the need to perform strenuous pushing and pulling.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally.
