NDT Technician

They are currently seeking a skilled Composites/Inspection professional to join their team in Miamisburg, OH. This role offers a competitive salary range of $28-34/hour and is ideal for individuals with experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) and keen attention to detail.

Position Overview:This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to conduct various non-destructive testing methods, focusing on composite materials used in aviation applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Non-Destructive Testing: Conduct ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and penetrant testing on composite materials for aviation.
• Inspections: Perform thorough inspections and interpret test results to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and other relevant documentation.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry regulations during all inspection processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry advancements, new NDT technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Certification: NDI Level 2 Inspector certification following industry standards.
• Experience: Proven experience in non-destructive testing, particularly with aviation-grade composite materials.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with aerospace regulations and quality control standards.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical skills and acute attention to detail.
