Qualifications:

• Licensed and Registered: Active OT license and registration in New York.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in adult OT.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with both patients and office staff.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EMR software is beneficial.
• Homecare Experience: Previous experience in homecare is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction: Communicate effectively with office staff and patients to ensure seamless care.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule visits directly with your patients.
• Care Planning: Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized care plans based on their functionality and needs.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up visits as planned, ensuring quality and consistency in care.
• Documentation: Accurately document each visit in our web-based EMR system, adhering to Medicare and company guidelines.
• Compliance: Maintain active credentials and follow all HIPAA and company policies.
