Job description
Job Summary:
As an Orthodontist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental and facial irregularities. Your expertise in orthodontic procedures will help improve the oral health and appearance of our patients.

Duties:
  • Perform orthodontic assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
  • Install and adjust orthodontic appliances such as braces, retainers, and aligners.
  • Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices during orthodontic treatment.
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies.

Skills:
  • Proficient in medical coding for insurance billing purposes.
  • Familiarity with Itero, Dental Software records systems for accurate documentation.
  • Ability to take vital signs and perform patient assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric orthodontics and the unique needs of young patients.
  • Excellent understanding of anatomy and its relation to orthodontic treatment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to orthodontics.
  • Adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.

Part-time, Contract

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift on Weekday  8:45-5:45p
  • 5 hour shift on Saturday 8:00-1:00p
