Requirements: 
  • Completion of a BS degree program approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian
  • Basic knowledge of subspecialty areas (nutrition support, diabetes, cardiology, renal, oncology, etc.)
  • Registration with the CDR and an Oklahoma State Dietitian license.
  • Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health dept. before hire (or within 1 week of hire).
  • Two years of clinical experience in an acute care facility.
  • Previous experience working in a clinical diet office or previous supervisory experience at a clinical diet office.
