Landscape Sales and Marketing Representative

Responsibilities:1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, target markets, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and schedule meetings to present our services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information about our services.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships, identify opportunities for upselling, and gather feedback.
- Ensure client satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Create engaging content for marketing collateral, website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns' performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's services and build industry connections.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the landscape or related industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with landscaping principles, terminology, and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, in the landscape industry.
Commission: Target-based tiered commission
