Job Requirements:

  • Upholding safety regulations and equipment maintenance.
  • Working both independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Handling special projects delegated by the Operations Manager.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency in carpet care and floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and grout cleaning.
  • Confident, assertive, flexible, team-oriented, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong time management skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Nightly report completion and basic computer proficiency in Microsoft and Outlook.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the cleaning/janitorial industry.

  • Availability for evening and daytime shifts, weekends, and passing a background check.

Position Details:
  • Full-time role with a competitive hourly wage of $19.00.
  • Benefits include car and gas allowances, a quarterly performance bonus program, advancement opportunities, paid holidays, vacation, health care plan, overtime, and a company van after 90 days.
