Job Position: Personal Care Assistant Full-Time Position) 

AHHC is currently looking for a dedicated PCA/Personal Care Assistant.

Job Details:
  • Flexible Hours Vary (9am-5pm) 
  • Location: MAPLE GROVE, MN.
  • Schedule: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND SATURDAY & SUNDAY 9 am-5 pm 
  • JOB STARTS IMMEDIATELY. 
  • Hiring for the following schedule: Weekends or every other weekend if need be.
  • Job Type: Full-Time.
  • Salary:  $ 18-19
  • SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. 

Office Hours:
(Temporary COVID-19 hours are as follows).
  • Monday - Thursday 8:30 am-2:30 pm.
  • Friday 8:30 am-12:00 pm.

Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation or accommodations.
  • Be dependable and on time for all assignments ready to work.
  • Pass DHS Background Study.
  • Must be able to travel to the metro area.
  • CONSISTENCY. GOOD WORK ETHIC. HAVE INTEGRITY.

Job Summary:
  • This job is located at 9962 104th Ave N Maple Grove, MN 55369
  • To work one-on-one alongside nurses to help clients in a group home setting.
  • A permanent position is available.
  • This is a group home setting-2-3 clients in a home.
  • These Clients are total care clients who need help with all of their daily ADLs such as bathing, toileting, meal prep, dressing, grooming, positioning, transfers, laundry, and light housekeeping.  

Required Documents:
  • Driver's License/State Issued I.D./Passport/Resident Card (Required).
  • Social Security Card (Required).
  • 3 Professional References. (Required).
  • If completed: Online Personal Care Assistant Training, MDHS. (PCA Certificate) (Required).
  • Any other applicable Training Certificates of Completion. (Not Required).
  • May be required to do fingerprinting. (Maybe required).
