Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Training & Development:
- Train and mentor staff on restaurant operations, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
- Implement training programs to ensure employees deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
- Ensure all staff members are knowledgeable about the menu, promotions, and operational procedures.
- Customer Experience:
- Monitor and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by addressing guest feedback promptly and ensuring quality service is delivered at all times.
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for guests from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations including food preparation, inventory management, and staffing.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety protocols are followed according to company and regulatory standards.
- Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining quality.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure that food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Work with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality, presentation, and freshness.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead by example, creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
- Provide support and guidance to employees, helping to resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Financial Management:
- Assist in managing budgets, sales targets, and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Monitor inventory and control waste to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
