Infant teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our infant program. This full-time position requires a compassionate individual who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to providing a safe and engaging learning environment for our youngest students.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of each infant in your care, collaborating with fellow teachers to create individualized learning and care plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all infants at all times.
- Feed infants according to their specific needs and dietary guidelines.
- Change diapers and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Support infants in reaching developmental milestones, including guiding activities such as tummy time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience in infant care, with a strong understanding of infant development and milestones.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, including proper feeding techniques and storage of milk, formula, and solid foods.
- Certification in Infant and Toddler Education (0-3) from a recognized Montessori organization is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working in a Montessori infant room is a strong advantage.
