Responsibilities:
- Consult with the hiring manager to design and implement overall recruiting strategy for each position
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges, etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and other resources
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process to ensure a great candidate experience
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Participate in company’s first social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter)
- Assist the Talent Acquisition leader to establish best practices for candidate experience, requisition creation, interview scheduling, candidate identification, hiring manager experience, and offer letters
Candidate Profile:
- 2 years+ work experience as a Clinical/Healthcare Recruiter
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS), preferably Greenhouse Recruiting
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
- Experience working within a startup environment preferred
Position Type & Schedule:
- Type: 1099 Contract to Hire
- Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm ET.
First 2 weeks of training will be 40 hours, 8am-5pm ET. - Location Type: Remote, but candidate should reside within the Eastern Time zone.
Compensation:The base salary range for this position is $30-35.00 per hour.
