Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred.
- Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment.
