What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across systems, hardware, software, networking, and more.
- Provide top-notch support to internal staff, ensuring technology-related issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments and management to align technology solutions with the credit union’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
- Assist with IT budgeting and resource allocation, helping to maintain a strategic plan that drives innovation and growth.
- Manage vendor relationships and IT contracts, ensuring that services meet our high standards of quality and reliability.
- Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex issues alongside your team and external partners.
- Play a key role in maintaining network security and ensuring compliance with industry standards, such as FFIEC and NCUA.
- Facilitate the credit union’s Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans, ensuring systems are protected and recoverable.
- At least five years of IT experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities. A college degree in Information Systems is preferred, but relevant experience is also highly valued.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and grow your team.
- A collaborative mindset, able to work well across departments and with external partners.
- A passion for staying ahead of technology trends and finding innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server, IIS, and .NET Framework.
- Experience with Core Banking Platforms, including Corelation KeyStone being preferred.
