Job Overview

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic permanent Substitute Teacher for Kindergarten to join our esteemed educational team. In the role of Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial part in sustaining a positive learning environment for students in the absence of their regular teacher. Your duties will encompass delivering prescribed lesson plans, managing classroom conduct, and ensuring that students continue to receive a high-quality education across various subjects.

 Must have Teaching Experience and live in or near the Clarksville, TN area.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a permanent Substitute Teacher at POWER AND GRACE PREPARATORY ACADEMY INC in Clarksville, TN. The Substitute Teacher will be responsible for delivering lesson plans, providing education and training, communicating effectively with students and staff, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. Familiarity with ABEKA Phonics a plus but not mandatory

Qualifications:

• Lesson Planning and Education skills.
• Effective Communication and Teaching abilities.
• Training experience.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• State teaching certification is a plus.
