Job Position and Locations: Personal Care Assistant/Floater will float to different locations (Full Time Position) Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Maple Grove, and Bloomington

AHHC is currently looking for a dedicated PCA/Personal Care Assistant.

Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation or accommodations.
  • Pass DHS Background Study.
  • Be dependable and on time for all assignments ready to work.
  • Must be able to travel to the metro area.
  • CONSISTENCY. GOOD WORK ETHIC. HAVE INTEGRITY. 

Job Details:
  • Job Type: Full-Time.
  • Salary:  $19.00-20.00
  • Availability: JOB STARTS IMMEDIATELY.
  • This job is located: FLOATER- Several different job locations.
  • To work one-on-one alongside nurses to help clients in a group home setting.
  • A permanent position is available.
  • This is a group home setting-3-4 clients in a home.
  • These Clients are full care clients who need help with all of their daily ADLs such as bathing, toileting, meal prep, dressing, grooming, positioning, transfers, laundry, and light housekeeping. You must be comfortable with providing those cares. 

PCA flexible shift options:
  • (Day Shift 9 am-4 pm).
  • (Every other Weekends 9 am- 4 pm 

Hiring for the following schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 8am-4 pm & Every Other Weekend 9 pm-4 pm.

Office Hours: (Temporary COVID-19 hours are as follows
  • Monday - Thursday 8:30 am-2:30 pm 
  • Friday 8:30 am-12:00 pm.

Required Documents:
  • Driver's License/State Issued I.D./Passport/Resident Card (Required).
  • Social Security Card (Required).
  • 1Professional References. (Required).
  • If completed: Online Personal Care Assistant Training, MDHS. (PCA Certificate) (Required).
  • Any other applicable Training Certificates of Completion. (Not Required).
  • May be required to do fingerprinting. 
Easy Application Process:
  • Plan for 30 minutes to an hour in our office.
  • Must watch two orientation videos before you may begin work.
