We currently have opportunities for individuals who would like to make a career in a not-for-profit organization. We are looking for individuals to work in an organization that helps its customers become self-sufficient.

The function of the Maintenance Tech position is to coordinate projects and oversee maintenance, and upkeep of Brighton Properties, residential, and service facilities. 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work orders and preventative maintenance task
  • Grounds upkeep
  • Responds to emergency maintenance calls
  • Timely unit or office turnovers
  • Responds to custodial needs as assigned 

Requirements:
  • Understanding essential employee responsibilities 
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electric
  • Ability to work well with customers, residents, and peers

Non-exempt hourly position starting wage: $16.00 - $18.00 hourly PT Role
