Objectives of this Role:
  • Prepare impressions, pour models, separate models, and pour contacts, utilizing
  • PTC methods and company quality and work guidelines
  • Inspect work entering and departing the lab to ensure all quality standards and client requests are being met
  • Improve quality results through continued education and implementing positive changes as necessary

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
  • Meet daily target using multiple pouring techniques
  • Produce all PTC designs using PTC methods
  • Assist in continuous improvement in productivity and quality of product
  • Serve as a critical team member, interacting with others and communicating issues or defects directly to Operations Manager

Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • OSHA training will be required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of PTC methods
  • Computer experience, including Microsoft Office products
