Mason/Hardscape Installer

We are always looking for the best in the business, so if you meet the qualifications listed below and are passionate about the work you do, submit your resume today and join our teamWe are currently looking for a professional stonemason/hardscape specialist with extensive knowledge in all masonry applications and a minimum of 3-years of experience to work in and around the Leland/Wilmington area. A portfolio of projects completed should be presented at the interview.

Scope of work will include but is not limited to all types of hardscapes, patios, stone walls, retaining walls, wet-laid and dry laid stone, fireplaces, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and stone veneer, water features, paver pool decks, walkways, driveways, etc.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, including a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and exhibit the following qualities:

• Proficiency in all types/aspects of masonry including reading plans.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to bending, hunching, kneeling, standing, balancing, climbing, stooping, crawling, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting 50+ lbs
• Self-starter.
• Adept at problem-solving.
• Positive attitude.
• Works with purpose and safety in mind.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Coachable; receptive to feedback.

The position earns an hourly rate of compensation based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Masonry/hardscaping: 3 years (Preferred).
• Landscaping: 3 years (Preferred).
• Driving a medium-duty truck pulling a trailer with equipment: 3 years (Preferred).

Language:

• English (Preferred).
• Spanish (Preferred).

License/Certification:

• NC Drivers License with clean driving record.
