We are actively seeking an experienced Stormwater Construction Foreman in Hartford, PA to join our team. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in stormwater utilities, water/wastewater, or industrial/commercial site management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in interpreting plan sets and structural specifications, skilled in operating heavy machinery, and knowledgeable in OSHA safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the repair of post-construction stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment trailers and service vehicles.
- Operate handheld power tools and heavy construction equipment, including skid loaders, backhoes, and excavators.
- Train, mentor, and lead construction technicians.
- Manage project activities, materials, equipment, budgets, documentation, and timelines.
- Apply innovative construction techniques and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and uphold safety standards.
- Travel 85% - 100% (Monday through Friday) within PA and neighboring states.

Desired Qualifications:Education: GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent experienceExperience: 5 to 7 years in constructionTravel: Ability to travel Monday through Friday, with 85% to 100% travel requiredDriving: Valid driver's license and a safe driving recordSkills: Proficient with heavy construction equipment, power tools, and concrete hand tools. Familiarity with stormwater, sediment, and erosion controlExpertise: Experience in stormwater infrastructure repair, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basinsSafety and Compliance: Thorough understanding of OSHA safety practices and comfortable with DOT requirements for pickups and equipment trailers
