On-Call Evening and Weekend Cleaner

Position Summary Details:
  • Position: ON- CALL CLEANER 
  • The Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. 
  • PAY RATE: $ 14 / hour
  • SCHEDULE: Nights and weekends starting at 6 pm (hours vary) 

Essential Functions:
  • Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. 
  • Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Cleaners must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. 
  • Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including the application of spot cleaning treatment
  • Gathers and empties trash
  • Wipes and cleans tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
  • Services cleans, and supplies restrooms
  • Must keep janitor’s closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must be of legal age or older 
  • Have a valid driver's license along with reliable transportation to get to and from work.
  • Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen including marijuana
