Here are some of the daily task:

• Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as calls are received.
• Respond to all e-mails and phone messages in a timely manner.
• Create work orders for all service calls.
• Quote pricing to customers, order parts, track all parts ordered and inform customers of the status of pending parts and schedule as parts are received.
• Evaluate workload and schedule service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to multitask phone calls, and emails while keeping a neat and organized work area.
• Various other administrative duties, scanning, copying ect.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications:

• Any experience with answering phones is a plus, but if you are the right person we will train.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Effective telephone and administrative skills.
