At Creative Times Academy, we are dedicated to providing a stimulating and supportive learning environment for young children. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Curriculum Coordinator to join our team and support our dedicated teachers in delivering high-quality educational experiences.

Goal: To support teachers in planning and implementing daily curriculum by helping to meet their needs, provide excellent communication to parents, and work as a team player with a staff of directors.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • A minimum of two years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program or elementary classroom.
  • An prior experience as a Curriculum Co-ordinator is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: 
  • Mentor and guide teachers to create and implement age-approriate lesson plans.
  • Understands and has strong working knowledge of Early Childhood Program and its standards.
  • Coordinates with other members of the Leadership Team and communicates with them effectively.
  • Conducts classroom observations to regularly support and ensure standards implementation and delivery.
  • Effectively communicate with teachers the feedback and make sure required changes are implemented in lesson plans and classrooms.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks in the front office on daily basis.
  • Proper communication with parents, teachers, and staff.
