Responsibilities:

  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Develop lesson plans that align with our philosophy and support children's interests.
  • Implement child-originated learning experiences and support children's curiosity.
  • Collaborate with parents and fellow educators to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Reggio Emilia approach is a plus
  • A.A. degree or higher in ECE/Child Development, or equivalent ECE credit hours combined with relevant childcare experience.
  • CDA or CCP with experience in a licensed childcare setting.
