  • Prepare product for staining or paint.
  • Stain product by hand wiping method or through spray line/booth.
  • Wrap, label, and load product for delivery.
Milling Department
  • Receive and record lumber.
  • Rip lumber for moulder.
  • Mould and Sand. 

Skills Needed:
  • Use and read a tape measure.
  • Perform math calculations that include fractions.
  • Analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications and costs.
  • Strong communication skills: written, oral, and listening.
  • Adhere to procedures and safety policies.
  • Quality conscious.

 Additional Skills that would be a plus:
  • Construction, carpentry, millwork, or finishing knowledge.
  • Experience with hand and power tools or commercial woodworking machinery.
 Compensation based on experience and knowledge of above skills.
