Case Manager Description: The goals of the case manager within the deflection center will be to offer a plan for individuals to access needed medical, social, educational, substance use, mental health, and other applicable services.
Case Manager Pay:
- $36 - $38 per hour
- $1,440 - $1,520 per week based on 40 hours.
- Weekly Direct Deposit every Friday
- W2 position with benefits Available; Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K.
Schedule and Timeline:
- September start
- 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend
- 8-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week with the potential to pick up OT
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Previous Case Management experience required; experience in a Drug and Addiction setting preferred.
- Active BLS.
