Qualifications:JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, Required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an early childhood development facility, preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices.
- Familiarity with assistive technologies for visually impaired children.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid state teaching license or certification, Required.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
