Distribution Dispatcher

Specific duties include:
- Adjust computer generated delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries within the state load limit guidelines.
- Perform customer file maintenance to achieve effective and efficient and cost savings.
- Communicate with sales teams to ensure product delivery.
- Utilize Road/Net reporting mechanism to promote delivery efficiencies and cost savings.
- Keep an updated working status on Mobile/Cast equipment.
- Monitor Mobile/Cast to ensure proper use and appropriate route trips.
- Immediately report any changes that occur on trucks due to mechanical failure to the Transportation Manager and night loading crew.
- Submit case deliveries by driver to software for payroll.
- Keep track of driver shortages.
- Validate all CSR s time sheets for completion.
- Immediately report any safety hazards, injury, illness, or unsafe work conditions to the appropriate managers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 years of experience.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables, develop charts, and complex formulas.
- A valid Class C license required.
