Bausch Towers

We are looking for full-time motivated workers, to join our company.

Fiberglass technicians to create custom fiberglass parts using resin infusion, hand laying and vacuum-bagging techniques.Gel coat, infusion, fairing and/or paint experience is a plus.

Work Schedule- Four 10-hour days per week (Monday through Thursday)

Requirements:
  • Must hold high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to read and write clearly and legibly.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure.
  • Occasionally travel for road trips.
  • A valid and clean driver license is required.
  • Must be able to stand and work for 10 hours a day.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Drug-free workplace. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical.
Hourly wage dependent upon experience/training level.

Job Type: Full-time.
