Foreman

Systems Innovation specializes in the permanent installation of world-class AV systems. Our markets include Higher Education Facilities, Religious Institutions, Government, Corporate Boardrooms & Event Spaces, and Experiential and Immersive Environments that include the use of Premium Audio, LED Display Environments, Projection, Theatrical Lighting, and Intelligent Programmed/Automated Control.  

The Foreman's responsibilities include training, directing, supervising, and, if necessary, disciplining crews and other workers. Foremen are leadership figures in a given project and are expected to coordinate employee efforts, evaluate progress, and provide assistance and direction to increase efficiency.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Provide proper documentation to their workers so they can proceed with tasks.
• Monitor and manage the progression of other trades and how each relates to tasks and project timelines to allow for forecasting of conflicts as well as allow for proactive solutions to minimize the effects on labor allocations, timeline constraints, and budgets.
• Staff deployment: maintain a technician scheduling platform with management.
• Maintain communication with the Field Services Manager and Technical Management on the status of projects and task lists.
• Train employees under his or her supervision, and teach others how to perform a task correctly and efficiently.
• Arrange for materials to be at the project site and evaluate plans for each job.
• Ensure appropriate use of equipment by employees.

 

Base Salary Range: $26.29/hr - $38.96/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. The actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
