Absolute Property Care is looking to hire a Part-Time Janitor (Boulder).

Schedule:
  • Part-time work one day per week
  • Friday after 6 pm until Sunday morning is the window to clean the property

A smaller property that will cover the basic janitorial. Looking for someone who will take care of the details

Scope of Work will include:
  • Dumping of trash/recycle/compost 
  • Vacuuming/sweeping floors
  • Dusting of desks and sils
  • Cleaning and stocking bathrooms 
  • Mopping of floors

Applicants must be able to exhibit the following:
  • Positive attitude
  • Own reliable transportation 
  • Previous experience or learning quickly
  • Works well with little supervision
  • Trustworthy 
  • Detail oriented
