Well-established and busy Engineering Firm in the gas and chemical delivery system equipment industry seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our winning team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in semiconductor gas and chemical delivery equipment, PLC programming and troubleshooting, installing and repairing electro-mechanical components and assemblies.
Responsibilities:
  • Manages field service activities with customers and internal organizations
  • Performs installation, setup, calibration, and testing on UHP gas systems at customer sites
  • Upload and troubleshoot PLC and HMI code for Allen Bradley and Siemens devices
  • Installs, repairs, and replaces electro-mechanical components and assemblies
  • Assists in analyzing equipment performance, scheduled maintenance and calibration as required
  • Provides information and develops solutions on issues that have occurred during field service startup and commissioning

Experience:
  • A minimum 3 years’ field service experience operating UHP gas and chemical delivery equipment
  • A minimum of 3 years’ PLC/HMI programming experience with preference in Allen Bradley and Siemens architecture

Education:
  • High school diploma required; Associates Degree in a technical field preferred

This is a direct-hire, long term career opportunity offering lots of room for growth and advancement, the starting pay range is $90K-$100K (doe) plus benefits and incentives.
