• Enforces company policies and guidelines.
• Involved in employee training.
• Assists workers in accomplishing tasks timely.
• Implements cost saving strategies and techniques.
• Counsel employees on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow.
• Directs work flow of both personnel and product working with department managers and supervisors – ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Be aligned and stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
• Analyze data and create reports to present to Executives regarding processes.
• Accomplish excellent customer service by motivating your team, taking ownership of customer issues, and following problems through to resolution.
• Demonstrate 360 degree thinking in your professional field.
• Demonstrate agility to manage all strategic goals, plans and tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 years minimum previous supervisory experience
• Excellent coaching, communication and people skills
• Knowledge of production planning process is helpful
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Able to deal with complex issues in a fast-pace setting
