Job Description:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Receiving incoming materials from vendors.
• Opening and confirming the correct materials/supplies match purchase orders.
• Efficiently support the shipping and receiving duties and operations in a team environment.
• Entering incoming quantities of materials into our ERP system.
• Keeping track of all incoming paperwork and working with management to track inventory locations.
• Packaging outbound shipments for LTL freight.
• Working with the front office to coordinate outbound shipments.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with problem-solving.
• Forklift certified.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Strong computer skills for accurate record-keeping.
