Gymnastics Coach

db studios is a privately owned dance studio with locations in Burlington and Lexington that offers dance and gymnastics for ages 2.5 and up. We offer classes in Ballet + Pointe, Contemporary and Lyrical,  Musical Theater, Hip Hop, Jazz, Competitive Dance, Ballroom, acrobatic arts, gymnastics, tap and Ballroom. 

db studios is looking for a qualified gymnastics coach to teach classes to children ages 5 and up. The gymnastics teacher needs to be able to demonstrate gymnastics skills to their students. They should be able to plan and direct day-to-day operations of the gymnastics program. This includes performing routine office tasks, such as scheduling, on a computer. Candidates need good communication skills because they must be able to recruit team members and maintain a positive relationship with clients and parents. They must work well in a team environment and be willing to be flexible depending on what the needs of the students are.

Requirements:

• Skilled gymnastics coach with at least 2 years teaching experience.
• Comfortable spotting skills.
• Comfortable teaching ages 5 - 18.
• Works well with others in a collaborative environment.
• Is able to design class syllabus and help students advance their acro and gymnastics skills.
