Tower Technician

We are looking for a Tower Technician for a Tiger team in Virginia.
**Salary is negotiable for the right candidates.
**We will provide a car, accommodation, gas card, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Install, upgrade, and maintain mobile towers and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues to ensure network reliability.
- Install and configure communication equipment on towers.
- Adhere to safety protocols during climbs and installations.
- Collaborate with teams and provide technical support.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in tower technology.
- Tower Climbing and Rescue certification.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at heights.
