We are looking for a phenomenal staff member to join our customer service and dispatch team.

Duties may include:
  • Provide fast, friendly and fun customer service.
  • Communicate with technicians and other departments.
  • Answer incoming calls and text messages to close out calls for technicians.
  • Maintain scheduled calls in our software making sure that all calls are scheduled on the appropriate technician and update customers as needed.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm upcoming appointments.
  • Make sure all time sheets are updated daily.
  • Other assigned duties as directed by management.
