Busy OB-GYN practice looking for motivated LPN or RN. OB-GYN experience preferred. Pleasant work environment. Candidate must be autonomous, a team player, and very organized. 36-Hour Work Week- We close early on Fridays No on-call or weekends are required

Summary of Skills Needed:
  • Skill in screening and directing patients pleasantly and expeditiously.
  • Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Skill in customer service by pleasantly dealing with all patients and effectively serving as a practice liaison.
  • The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and initiative in problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain effective and organized systems in ensuring timely patient flow in and out of examination rooms.

General Summary of Duties:
  • Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care and procedures.
  • Triage phone calls.
  • Schedule and authorize surgeries.
  • Clerical, OSHA, and organizational tasks.
  • Responsible for timely patient flow throughout physician encounters.
  • Conveys a positive image of the practice.
