We're looking for a Clinical Manager (RN) to coordinate patient care and supervise clinical personnel. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing case referrals and assigning appropriate clinicians.
  • Evaluating patient's clinical needs and assisting in goal-setting.
  • Attending case conference meetings and supporting new personnel.
  • Ensuring compliance with professional standards and Agency policies.
  • Providing ongoing education and support to clinicians.
  • Promoting patient and physician portals, as well as Telehealth visits.

Qualifications:
  • RN with current licensure.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Two years of management or supervisory experience in healthcare.
  • CPR certification.
  • Strong observation, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computers, Microsoft, EMR, and technology.
  • Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards.
