As you step into one of our beautiful Community Living Arrangements, you'll immediately feel the warmth and love that turns a house into a home. As a Residential Program Worker, you'll be more than just a caregiver; you'll be a mentor, a friend, and a guiding light for 2-3 individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.

In this role, you'll provide a full range of personal care services, involving residents in daily living tasks and personal hygiene. You'll empower individuals to make choices, learn new skills, and engage in community events and activities, creating moments of joy and fostering independence.
