Customer Relations:
The first requirement, hard-worker. No drama, head down hard hard-working problem solver who wants to make a difference. We are a family-owned exotic animal distributor with a beautiful facility. You will see some of the most exotic animals in the world at our facility.

Must be familiar with or able to use:
  • Normal human skills, i.e. Professional communication with any customers that have issues as they are part of the Underground Family
  • Work well in a family office environment 
  • Type 40 words per minute or more
  • Google sheets
  • Zoho (invoicing)
  • Shipstation 
  • Filing
  • Creating invoices
  • Learn a new system and fit into it
